Chef School: Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup

New series alert! Food Network Canada presents Chef School.

In this episode I take melted white cheddar and mozzarella cheese and sandwiched them between thick sourdough bread. I serve it up with a smoky Campari tomato soup.

This dish is to cooking what a basic white tee and jeans are to fashion, a staple. If you’re gonna do a basic then may as well do it great.
