Roger has done a creative culinary collaboration with craft beer brewer, Lovebird Brewing Co., in Grey County, Ontario. This is both a creative and culinary collaboration, featuring Roger’s original artwork and flavour inspirations for three delicious beer offerings.

Golden Child is an easy drinking light beer for a hot day.

Butta Baby has a creamy mouthfeel with a slight hint of caramel, an easy drinking beer with character.

Holy Smokes features house smoked malt and is finished on Allspice for aromatic spicy notes.

This trio also features an immersive audio / visual experience. When the guest uses the qr code on the beer can it launches a surprise of music and video, completing the Love Triangle. A unique Roger Mooking Experience.

Roger, partner, HMSHost works very closely with all of the celebrated chefs and restaurant owners, sharing a long term partnership as menus are developed, restaurants are opened, associates are trained, and operations of the locations continue forward. This partnership will continue through the life of these restaurants at Toronto Pearson.

Grey County Culinary Ambassador

Grey County is excited to announce the launch of the Gather Campaign with internationally renowned and decorated local Chef & Artist, Roger Mooking. He is Grey County’s first Culinary Ambassador. The Gather Campaign is an innovative Economic Development initiative showcasing the region’s rich culinary heritage and vibrant agricultural community through engaging storytelling and video vignettes.

“Being able to showcase the beauty and bounty of the County is a dream come true. I fell in love with Grey County the moment I stumbled upon it. It has the immediate feeling of home, and I want the rest of the world to realize the magic that is in this very special pocket of Ontario,” Roger so enthusiastically says.

The Gather Campaign features social media advertisements and local billboards. This initiative promotes unique and authentic experiences that connect visitors with the local community, offering memorable interactions with the county’s landscapes and culinary gems.
